The Lonsdale Spar Partner is a great way to develop co-ordination and skill without the need for a sparring partner.  It features an EVA heavy duty foam bonded torso and head shape to replicate a spar partner.  The bag is a free standing piece of equipment to be used as you would any other standing punch bag, the base can be filled with either water or sand to aid its stability.  The Torso shape allows you to practice punches whilst improving aim for particular areas of the body with the added benefit of adjusting the height of the torso to fully develop your skills and practice on opponents of a different height.
